Shipping policy

Customers will be informed by email when their order has been dispatched. A tracking number will also be provided.

For UK delivery:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery - £4.45
FREE delivery for orders over £24.95

For international delivery:

Prices vary depending on location. All deliveries will be via RoyalMail or DPD.

Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carrier and Wiggle & Woof accepts no liability for late deliveries.

 

For domestic deliveries (UK), you are entitled to the right for delivery to be completed within 30 days. Please note that this right varies on international orders due to variable customs and processing times for long-haul parcels.
